Three weeks at the Empress

The main reason we chose this listing was the “king size” bed. We had several email regarding this and was assured we would have a king size bed. Neil and Chris were very helpful and concerned with the broken bed situation and rusty pans, they came to the rescue immediately on these matters. They were unable to resolve the king size bed issue. This was a three week rental and we never had toilet paper replaced. All in all, not having the king size bed that was listed was a big problem for us. Thank you
