Great Spot!

Overall this was a great stay! The location is great, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. The bathrooms are a little outdated but everything works. I strongly recommend this place for big groups.

Clean, lots of space and convenient location.

This apartment was very clean and spacious and in a great location. The rental office was right downstairs, and everyone there was so helpful with all our questions. When we needed anything, they were quick to respond. The bathrooms were somewhat dated, but clean. The common areas (kitchen/dining/living room) were wonderful for my family of 13. It was great to be able to spend time together, something that would have been impossible had we been in hotel rooms. We found a great supermarket about 2 block away and had all our breakfasts in the apartment. One night we got adventurous and even cooked dinner in! The kitchen was fully equipped - even had 2 large fridges. The bedrooms were on the second, third and 4th floors. There were more than enough bedrooms for everyone to have privacy and spread out. (The kids LOVED having their own bedrooms!!) If you are looking for a space for a large group, this is perfect. Our whole family enjoyed our stay in Lisbon.

Misrepresented & In Disrepair

Too many issues with this property to summarize in a short amount of space. Bed bugs, one less bathroom than advertised, pretty much all furniture, beds and appliances in disrepair. Half of the furniture shown on the listing was not there or replaced with worse items. Mattresses very worn and frames were falling apart, slow draining showers, leaking roof. Washing machine shocked you when using it. The management team was right downstairs of the unit and were very accommodating and tried to resolve the issues that came up, but there were so many issues that should have never come up. Not recommended at all.

Host is incredibly responsive and helpful. Property was in a convenient location -- about 25 minute walk to city center, and 2 minute walk to subway with close by stores and restaurants. Unit was very functional, especially the kitchen, although it could use some fresh paint/patching and a new shower curtain. Worked great for 8 people but would be a little cramped with 20 plus folks.

Séjour a Lisbonne (26 personnes) pour participer au marathon

Logement idéalement placé, station de métro et commerce a proximité, grande capacité d'accueil (26 adultes) nombre de chambres et salles de bain parfait, agence pour remise des clés ultra disponible. Le seul petit point noir, serait peut être que le logement aurait besoin d'un petit entretien plomberie. Sinon tout était parfait ! Nos gardons tous un excellent souvenir de notre séjour merci a vous

Parfait pour un grand groupe

Rien à redire du début à la fin. Échanges très cordiaux avec les propriétaires, très arrangeants sur beaucoup de points. Le logement n'est certes pas de la 1ère fraîcheur mais les lits sont confortables, les pièces de vie communes très sympas et l'emplacement est parfait. On recommande +++
