Casa Puerto is a unique property perfectly located in the heart of Puerto de Pollensa, just 50m from the beach and the excellent restaurants/bars/shops of this coveted holiday destination. The property, with 3 bedrooms, air conditioning and a cosy private pool, has been completely renovated to a high level, with modern design interiors and spacious decor. Due to its unbeatable location and features, this villa is the ideal holiday home for an unforgettable stay without the need to depend on a car.The villa is distributed over 2 floors, with the living room located on the ground floor surrounding the pool terrace. The entrance is through a beautifully furnished lounge with satellite TV, DVD player and comfortable sofas. On this floor there is also an elegant kitchen (fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a magnificent master bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite shower. The large patio doors provide direct access to the pool area with hydromassage jets, comfortable sun loungers and a perfect relaxation area to enjoy a relaxing drink by the pool. A staircase leads to the upper floor, with a lovely billiards room and a partially covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for dining outdoors.Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.Welcome to Villa Casa Puerto, a unique villa in a unique location!Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
