For an optimal and healthy internal environment the house has been equipped with a modern air conditioning system. The heating and cooling of all internal environments is produced and managed by a modern radiant type system (on the floor).
The house is divided as follows: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms (with shower), 1 kitchen, living room and dining room in one room and 1 back porch adjacent to the lawn.
The lawn is for the exclusive use of the house, ideal for children who can play safely. On the back there is a paved area where you can use the barbecue. The house has a high part with a mezzanine and a veranda. The upper part offers a space to read a good book, work on the PC, enjoy a good glass of wine. (strictly Sardinian of course).

At the time of Check in it is important that all guests have with them a photocopy of their ID.
These data will be within 24 hours of the Check in communicated to the Italian state police.
The municipality of Lotzorai requires a tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night which it uses to deal with the cleaning of the beaches and the various green areas of the country.
This tax must be paid at the time of Check-in.
Persons under the age of 14 are exempt from payment.
