Countryside house with garden and natural pool.

Introduction:
The house is located in the center of the north of Portugal, in a quiet and calm place, surrounded by a rural environment. It is situated in the municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso, just a few kilometers away from the cities of Braga and Guimarães and the Natural Park of Peneda-Gerês.
The property is composed of a 200 years old countryside house in granite stone completely renovated and a garden provided of a natural pool. It is closed, completely fenced and intended for the exclusive use of guests.

The house:
In the exterior, the house keeps intact all the characteristics of origin.
On the interior the house was completely renovated in 2017.
The house layout consists of 1 living room with kitchen and dinning space on the top floor and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower floor. Perfect for a family of 3 persons: 2 sleeping in the bedroom and it is possible to accommodate 1 extra person in a sofa. It is possible to provide the house with bed and chair for baby.
The living room is composed of living area with sofa, radio and tv; kitchen area with sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dish washer, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery; and dinning area with table and chairs. Kitchen and table linen are included.
The bedroom is composed of bed for 2 persons, bedside tables, wardrobe closet and sofa. Bed linen are included.
The bathroom is composed of washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower. Bath linen and hand soap are included.
The house has free wi-fi.
Pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The house is private and for the exclusive use of the guests. The owner never goes inside the house, except for the weekly cleaning and change of bath and room clothes, included in the service, and with the prior authorization of the guests.

The garden:
The exterior area is composed of garden with fruit trees, olive trees, flowers and bushes, several outdoor patios with table, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue, private parking and access to the pool.
The garden is private and for the exclusive use of the guests. Every day, usually in the morning, the owner visits the garden for cleaning and gardening.

The natural pool:
The pool area is composed of swimming tank, plants tank, deck with deck chairs and umbrellas, and shower.
The pool is completely natural, pretending to recreate a small stream of natural water. There is no use of chemical products and the quality of the water is achieved by the effect of aquatic plants and spring water running day and night.
The pool is private and for the exclusive use of the guests. Every day, usually in the morning, the owner visits the pool for cleaning.

Proximity:
The nearest village is Póvoa de Lanhoso (2 km) where you can find restaurants, cafes, supermaket, banks, post office, hospital, pharmacy and outdoor market every thursday morning.
The house is close to the Peneda-Gerês Natural Park (15 km), nearby cities such as Braga (12 km), Guimarães (18 km) and Porto (70 km) and near the sea/beach of Esposende (50 km).
The month of August is traditionally a month of many popular and religious festivals in the north of Portugal. Public ceremony processions, music and fireworks are usual.
