Nice house (former barn renovated) in a huge and nice property.

the house features all the comfort even though the kitchen is tiny. the property is located close to various sites Braga Guimaraes Viana and the national Pzrk of Penha. the owner is really nice and helpful (she gave us tricks to visit ). I would highly recommend the property to anyone planning to visit Northern Portugal

Peux mieux faire

Pas de bouilloir. Pas de cafetière mais une machine. Pas de pastille de café pour l'accueil des gens. A ce prix là c'est la moindre des choses. Après 650km, pas moyen de prendre juste un café. Pas de lecteur DVD ni de lecteur CD Les ustensile de cuisines laisse à désirer. Rien pour faire sécher la vaisselle Réfrigérateur trop petit. On était 3, le frigo est trop petit. Pas de chaîne hifi Aucune explication sur comment gérer les déchets. Obligé de demander. Pas de table de nuit ni de lampe sur un des côtés du lit. Obligé d'instaler une rallonge soi-même pour avoir un semblant de lumière. Un tabouret en guise de table de nuit de l'autre côté du lit qui supporte la lampe sans pouvoir y mettre grand chose dessus. Plus de patères dans la salle d'eau. Un seul tout petit ne suffit pas pour accrocher des affaires. Des étagères dans la salle d'eau auraient été les bienvenues également. Après 650km nous avons dû appeler Homerez et attendre 25 minutes pour que la locataire nous ouvre la porte à notre arrivée, alors qu'on l'avait prévenue 45 minutes avant notre arrivée, comme elle l'avait demandé. Notre fille de 6 ans à failli avoir un grave accident dans la maison. Un volet à double battant pesant au moins 50kg et fixé avec des vis ne pouvant clairement pas supporter ce poids, est tombé sur elle. Par chance la chute a été dévié par une chaise qui a explosé. C'est un scandale de faire ce genre d'erreur de travaux. Le volet serait de toute façon tombé un jour ou l'autre.

Gorgeous property next to Braga

The house sits in a nice area close to Braga. The property is gorgeous and has been very well renovated. It is comfortable and well equipped. We were lucky to have the whole property for the 3 of us. The owner was really nice and helpful, giving us a few tricks to visit the area. Due to its location and the owner's attention, we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a break in the North of Portugal (Braga = 10 min, Guimaraes =30 min, Gerês 30 min, Viana do Castello à 1h).

La maison par elle même est agréable, et bien placé pour faire les différentes activités.

Manque d'équipements au niveau de la cuisine qui est vraiment petite. La piscine est commune pour 2 logements. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute.

Beaucoup de charme, très bel endroit

Les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants et chaleureux et font tout pour le bien être des locataires ( exemple: fourniture de ventilateur en pleine canicule). L’endroit est merveilleux, ancienne ferme réhabilitée avec une superbe chapelle, un ancien pressoir, une forêt et un ruisseau....et puis l’acces à la piscine attenante à la chapelle et vue sur la vallée. Le logement a été aménagé avec goût et esprit pratique. Cet endroit est aussi une base pratique pour visiter le nord du Portugal (Braga à 10 min, Guimaraes 30 min, Gerês 30 min, Ponte de Lima 45 min, plage 35/40min, Viana do Castello à 1h). Lors des très fortes chaleurs nous sommes allés chercher la fraîcheur de la plage d’Afife au nord de Viana Do Castelo a 1h10 de route. Encore merci aux propriétaires pour cette très belle semaine.
