Typical historic village house - A magical place excellent for relaxation, tourism, nature
Small typical Piedmontese terraced house in an ancient village at the foot of the castle of Cerrione in the province of Biella. Equipped kitchen and bedroom with panoramic views of the moraine greenhouse. Independent access with reserved parking space. Strategic place to practice outdoor sports and visit the sites of landscape, historical and cultural interest of Biellese and Canavese. 15 minutes from Lake Viverone, it is 20 km from Ivrea, 14 km from Biella and 17 km from Santhià.
The interior of the house is simple and rustic but warm and welcoming, intimate and suitable also for children. The house is equipped with a cot for small children which makes the space suitable for young couples with children. The space is NON-smoking.
Access to the house is independent and guarantees 1 reserved parking space for guests. For the use of the house there is also a small barbecue that can be used during the summer.
