SWEET HILL COUNTRY CABIN in the PERFECT location; Sleeps 4-5
Lots of places are a little too far out --- and we're in the country but in a premiere location! Just down the street from Camp Lucy, and minutes to 290, downtown Drip, Hamilton Pool, wineries, Pedernales Falls ... all the other wedding venues, breweries, distilleries and wineries! You'll love this sweet cabin. It has all the comforts of home, but that hill-country feel and lots of personality. Lucky Star features two comfy Queen beds with lovely linens, a kitchenette with microwave and mid-fridge, banquette dining area, and ensuite bath with both shower and tub. The bedroom has 2 Queens, and in the living area, a Sofa that folds out into another bed if needed. There's a great deck with outdoor dining set, as well as a front porch with seating, as well. Although it's just a kitchen-ETTE, it has a stocked Coffee Bar (good morning!) plus plates, cups, silverware, glasses... all the stuff you'd need for some simple meals.
Enjoy a walk on the property or on beautiful Creek Road. or on these 40 lovely acres. Enjoy the Fire Table out front, too. You'll love it here!
LUCKY STAR is located on the same property as VRBO listings # 785910, #817593, and #817896, as well as our large family cottage: #950087. Some of these share a courtyard with Lucky Star, so it's great if you have friends or family who'd like to be nearby --- but all are situated for privacy as well.

We fell in love with this beautiful spot in the country! We've always enjoyed all kinds of "hosting", and we love sharing this with others. This place is a labor of love, and our guests can feel that.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property for so many reasons: the beautiful oak trees, wet-weather ponds, gorgeous hill-country views and wildlife -- a world away, but only 10 minutes into town.

Dripping Springs is so charming, with an adorable "historic district", great shopping, and fun, family-friendly options like Dreamland nearby. Natural attractions like Pedernales Falls State Park and Reimer's Ranch are minutes away, and lots of cool distilleries and wineries in our area -- a fun afternoon for all, as many have playscapes, too!)
Johnson City, Driftwood (Salt Lick BBQ) and artsy Wimberley are just down the way, as well busy, groovy Austin! Dreamland is a family-friendly spot for Pickleball, mini-golf and more, and there are restaurants just minutes away, even premiere spots like "Tillie's".
You'll enjoy the easy drive to anything you'd like to see in this piece of the hill country.
