This huge apartment is very convenient for both tourists and business people. This nice and central 6 bedroom apartment is located right in the corner of one of the main avenues of Lisbon. Fully equipped. All transport links just outside. 5 min away from the St. Jorge Castle, one of the main historic and touristic sites of Lisbon. It is within walking distance of other major touristic attractions of the city such as Rossio 10 min. Chiado 15 min and Bairro Alto 20 min walking. Just down the street you'll find good restaurants with Fado music and bars. From the same avenue you can also take the famous tram nb 28, which takes you through the most typical quarters of Lisbon.

Cool place needs some updating

Property overall was good but some improvements would make it great. Improve showers: hotwater is inconsistent, shower heads are terrible. Airconditioning: there really isn't any, they are single unit fans in the bedrooms. Does not cool well. Location is good but a little noisy. The management team is great and very responsive.

Location Location Location

Great spot for family reunion. My 5 siblings & spouses enjoyed our big chill week here. Location is exactly as described—it is very close to the Metro, and you can walk to a lot of attractions. A Mini Peco grocery is right across the street, and we stocked up on supplies there. Maria’s Food Hub is rt around two corners and it became my favorite place to eat. Note: We were there during festival week, so I can’t speak for “normal” times, but Lisbon is a big city and there was a fair amount of street noise at night. Earplugs resolved this for most. Also note: We stayed here, at a hotel in Porto and at another VRBO in Barcelona, and none had washcloths, so do yourself a favor and pack one if, like me, you can’t shower without. Otherwise this place was very well appointed and has everything yiu need.

Appartement vieillot mais très bien situé.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Lisbonne et l'appartement est vaste et plutôt confortable avec beaucoup de chambres. La cuisine est bien équipée. Un bémol : les installations sanitaires, surtout les installations pour les douches, méritent de sérieuses réparations. Par ailleurs, l'eau chaude se tarit très vite (après deux douches, les suivants doivent se contenter d'eau froide). Heureusement, il faisait très chaud ! Très facile de rejoindre l'appartement vu la proximité du métro et des transports publics.

Easy check-in process and helped with early check-in which was wonderful! Great location with a supermarket outside the property which came in handy! Room sizes were great and fit our party of 11! Small issue with the showers and hot water but someone came over to fix the issue immediately! Overall good stay and good place for how much it all is

Très bien placé mais…

L’appartement est très bien placé. L’appartement est très bruyant. Il manque une climatisation pour pouvoir fermer les fenêtres la nuit et limiter les bruits environnants (circulation, commerces, proximité d’un hôpital). L’accès à l’eau chaude nécessite une manipulation quasi- systématique de la chaudière pour la déclencher. La cuisine est peu fonctionnelle pour un appartement de cette taille (il manque notamment une hotte aspirante). La taille de la cuisine comme celle du séjour est vraiment petite pour un appartement validé pour 13 personnes. Il manque des vis sur certaines chaises et certaines serrures. Un lustre est déchiré et les poignées des portes vitrées sont desserrées. C’est vraiment dommage de ne pas réaliser les quelques travaux qui permettraient à ce logement de devenir très bien.

Lisbon Old Town

Very nice apartment- big enough to accommodate 12 of us comfortably however, check in process was a bit difficult as no one was available to meet with us upon arrival despite the host having our flight information. The apartment tenants tried to help us get hold of the host. Otherwise, location is great. We just wished all the bathrooms locked (only one of two did).
