Clean and spacious

It would have been nice if there had been more outlets. With 10 adults, everone needed to charge phones. There was a lack of places to hang clothes. We liked the location & loved the view. Overall, for the price and size it is a good accommodation it is a good

Great location

Apartment was very comfortable in terms of space. Kitchen had all the dishes/utensils/glassware you would need. Didn’t cook there or used the clothes washer so I cannot comment on that. The kitchen cabinets need updating but everything was clean. Communication with the renter, checking in and out was excellent.

Certainly! Here’s a balanced and honest review you could use:---We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. After a long and stressful flight, we arrived hoping for a smooth check-in, but were met with delays that added to our exhaustion. There was little communication or apology for the wait, which made the situation even more frustrating.Once we got to the room, we noticed that the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned. It was disappointing to see such a basic standard of cleanliness overlooked, especially after a tiring journey. It didn’t feel like the space had been prepared with care. Also the sofa was broken and one of the showers wasn’t draining properly which in fairness they did come and try to fix.Another issue was the security guard in the lobby. Rather than offering a welcoming presence, they were rude and unfriendly towards us. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere right from the start and made us feel more like an inconvenience than guests.While the property itself has potential, these lapses in service and hospitality made our stay far less enjoyable than it could have been. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the guest experience moving forward.

Die Lage ist oprimal, schnelle Anbindung ins Zentrum möglich. Leider weist das Appartement sehr viele Mängel auf, der Gestank im Badezimmer machte den Aufenthalt fast unerträglich.

Sympa mais quelques rénovations nécessaires

Nous étions un groupe de 10 pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille. Le logement est spacieux et agréable pour les groupes avec suffisement de vaisselle , un lave vaisselle, de chaise .. Avec 3 salle de bain Cependant aucune salle de bain/WC ne se ferment à clés - la porte ne peut même pas se fermer complètement (ce qui aurait été rhedibitoire si nous n’étions pas qu’entre filles) Les volets roulant ne descendaient pas (ce qui ne nous a pas tant dérangé car nous avions toutes un masque pour les yeux pour dormir) Quelques odeurs qui remontent parfois de la SDBLes portes des chambres grincent énormément (ça peut réveiller les autres si chacun va se coucher à des heures différentes). (Mais je pense que c’est le cas partout à lisbonne) La literie est correcte (pour les 10 lits testés sur 20) La communication avec l’hôte était nickel il est très réactif et arrangeant. Beaucoup de jeux de clés ce qui est très positif pour plus de liberté. Une entrée sécurisée. En bref nous avons passé un super séjour d’EVJF entre filles.

Piso enorme y comodo (eramos 12 )y muy limpio, al lado estación, entregas de llaves muy bien te explican lo necesario para tus vacaciones.Como pega solo diria que las cañerias de los baños huelen un poco mal y uno de los baños ( de tres,)no cierra la puerta y la ducha es muy estrecha.

Spacieux et bien placé

L’appartement est grand, très largement suffisant pour 10 adultes et niveau couchage on aurait pu être facilement 5 de plus. En revanche 3 salle de bain avec chacune les toilettes à l’intérieur c’est moins pratique…moins de 10minutes à pied du métro, très belle vue. On a passé un séjour très agréable.

Séjour lisboète à Santa Apolonia

Appartement stratégiquement situé à proximité de la gare de Santa Apolonia. Accès très aisé au métro, au train et au réseau de bus. Spacieux et correctement équipé pour les 10 personnes qui composaient notre groupe, l'appartement est ancien mais bénéficie d'une vue sur le Tage. Le propriétaire est réactif et facilement joignable. Notre séjour est réussi.
