An apartment in an old building completly restored. Air Conditioning. Garage availability and booking will need to be confirmed.You dispose of six single beds that you can turn into three double beds of 1.60m x 2.00m. You are in the center of Lisbon, within a couple of paces from two of the most spectacular view-points of the town: Nossa Senhora do Monte (80 m) and Miradouro da Graça (300 m). The street breathes the calm of a small village, and though, all kind of shops, restaurants and transports are a few steps forward. The famous tramway nº28 which drives you to the main centres of interests crosses the street. From that hill, the highest of the capital, you can get to the lanes of Alfama, the castle São Jorge. A lot of restaurants are waiting for you, and they propose typical plates such as sea-food and grilled fish. You can eat eat in the neighbourhood for six euros per person, we have good restaurants to commend you. Welcome to Lisbon!

This was the perfect property for our visit to Lisbon. The bedrooms had great storage and the kitchen was well appointed. Joao was responsive throughout the booking and checking in process. Having a grocery right around the corner was perfect and its proximity to Alfama and the 28 Tram made getting around easy! Highly recommend staying here for anyone planning a visit to Lisbon.

We had a wonderful stay in your Lisbon home. Waking up to the incredible views of the sunrise and the beautiful castle each morning was a highlight of our trip. The apartment is in a perfect location—close to the metro and trams, with many of Lisbon’s sights, restaurants, cafés, and markets all within easy walking distance. There are also several fantastic spots to watch the sunset just a 10-minute walk away.João was friendly, helpful, and quick to communicate, making check-in and our stay seamless. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. Thank you for helping make our time in Lisbon so memorable!

It was a spacious apartment in a great location. The only issue is construction noise across the street but it never happened at night and we were out most of the day. There were wonderful restaurants and a grocery nearby. Just be prepared for the hills.

Great place to stay

Not far from public transport and walking distance, though hilly, to many attractions, this location was ideal. It was nice to be in a neighborhood where the locals shop, eat and drink. Great views too.

Our host was welcoming and explained all that was needed with helpful suggestions to be found nearby. This apt is all about location, location, location. An excellent wine bar nearby and Italian restaurant with excellent pizzas. Fun shops and food a short walk as well as groceries and easy access to stop 5 on hop on/off bus

Clean apartment with elevator and AC. Good location with restaurants close by. Use trams and Uber to get around as the hills are very steep. If you have a car reserve parking early. I would stay here again.

Great location

Only a couple of blocks to one of the best views in the city. View from the apt was also very nice. Everything we needed could be found close by and it was 15min walk to many of the sites on our list. Found great local eats nearby too. Great stay
