Traditional Canarian Cottage situated on a Beautiful Finca

Typical Canarian cottage on a beautiful spanish finca surrounded by vineyards, fruit trees and avocado plantations. Ideally positioned for those looking to walk or simply to sit out and relax and enjoy the spectacular views, in total peace and tranquility. The finca is an ideal atracction for all types of wildlife, including many species of birds, bees, butterflies... all to be enjoyed in our spacious gardens and orchards. Our cottages have been renovated to a high standard with all modern amenities whilst keeping the charm and character they deserve. Including a fully equipped kitchen, one separate king size bedroom, en suite bathroom, comfortable lounge with TV and FREE WiFi through out the whole property. Also, the property is perfectly located in a village where you can experience the typical Canarian life, full of all amenities that are necesarry including restaurants, supermarket, cafes, ATM, bakery... and "guachinches" traditional canarian eating places.
The vast lawn garden leads down to a hot tub which can be pre booked at an additional cost. You can pick your own oranges from our trees and take in the amazing views.

Finca oberhalb von Puerto: Ruhe, Aussicht, Entspannung

Wunderschön gelegene Finca,ruhig und mit herrlichem Blick auf Puerto und das Meer. Das sehr saubere Appartement bietet einschließlich Heizung alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir haben unsere 2 Ferienwochen sehr genossen. Dazu hat nicht zuletzt die herzliche Aufnahme der Gastgeber beigetragen, die sehr bemüht sind, Wünsche zu erfüllen und den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Für alle zu empfehlen, die abseits vom Massentourismus entspannen möchten und dennoch eine zentrale Ausgangslage für Teneriffa suchen.

We are an English family who bought the finca 20 years ago. We renovated the property and its surroundings, to a high standard while keeping it's original Canarian character.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the property because of it's amazing views of the coastline of Puerto de la Cruz and surrounding areas. Also, the finca is peaceful and relaxing but in less than 5 minutes drive you are in the friendly and interesting village of La Perdoma, a typical Canarian village with everything you will need to enjoy your holiday. This property is ideal if you want to have a peaceful stay but also many things to visit through out your stay.

What makes this property unique

This property has amazing views of the coastline and surrounding countryside. Sit on the terrace and watch the various species of birds flying in and out of the surrounding gardens and trees. Within a short drive or bus ride there are beautiful historical towns to visit with all their amazing architecture and craft houses showing all the local crafts e.g. lacemaking, weaving etc.
