In a Villa s ground floor is located 27 m² Studio in a peaceful suburb of the town of Zadar, only 80 meters far from the sea. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.
An intimate atmosphere of our studio and its trendily designed interior is perfect for couples searching for a romantic, relaxing and an unforgettable vacation in Zadar.
Villa has 4 fully equipped apartments that can accommodate 2-4 people (1 studio, 2 two bedrooms apartments and 1 one bedroom apartment).
Whole Villa can accommodate 14 guests. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Available free wifi in whole house and garden, and by swimming pool.

This air-conditioned Studio with modern conveniences is 27 m² big and it is composed of a dining-room and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster) an electric cooking-stove, an oven, a refrigerator, tableware and cutlery, bathroom with a toilet, a shower, as well as the sleeping area with a double bed and a television. Guests can enjoy our Spacious beds (1,4 x 2m), watching Smart TV 43“108cm, surfing web, cooking, barbecuing or swimming in great outdoor pool. We provide SAT TV & kids channel, Free WI-FI, air condition, safe, washing machine & dryer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave,toaster, towels and linen.

Studio is situated in the a Villa DOEL in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood with a view of sea and downtown Zadar. It s close to the sea, several city beaches and center of Zadar. Nearby( 400m) are markets, restaurants, marina Uskok and marina Borik, kids playground and few beautiful beaches(Uskok & Borik).

The location is one of the best things about our apartment.
The sea is just across the street and the beach is just a few minutes walking
You can go to the old town in 5 minutes by taking bus across the street.
If you have a car free parking is in front of Villa DOEL.
