There is direct access to a modern living room consisting of a double sofa bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning, WIFI and a brand new super-equipped kitchen.
The bedroom consists of a large wardrobe, a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV and a safe. The lovely bathroom consists of a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. All rooms overlook a large south-facing terrace with a fantastic panorama of the gardens surrounding the building, perfect for spending different moments of the day, from breakfast to an evening aperitif.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, an elevator and private covered parking in the garage of the building (for small cars).
My wife and I will be happy to welcome you personally. We live a short distance from the apartments and will be at your disposal at any time for information and advice on our beautiful city. We will recommend the best restaurants, places to visit and the most beautiful beaches. If you are interested we will also direct you to organized boat trips, excursions, rental bikes, sailing and windsurfing courses and any other activity the city of Cagliari offers.
In the same building we have another identical apartment on the lower floor, ideal for another family.
Two hundred meters away we have a cute double room with a large garden perfect for 4 people.
Being the apartments in a condominium, we ask for your attention and respect for other condominiums.
The waste is to be disposed of with separate collection, organized with a calendar made available.
All guests must have a valid identity document.
The apartments are ideal for families with children and babies.
