New beautiful villa

The villa is new and very well decorated. The living room and the two bedrooms have a direct view of the swimming pool
There is a sofa bed in the living room, the villa can accommodate 6 people. There is a private parking space for your car.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We will be at the property for check-in and check-out.
We are at your disposal in case of problems during your stay.
A deposit of 500 euros will be required upon your arrival, this will be returned to you upon your departure.
Electricity is not included in the rental price, electricity is not expensive at all in Phuket, only 5 Baht Kw.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony.
Flexible entry and exit times if possible.
No supplement to pay for additional guests if the maximum capacity of the property is respected.

ADDITIONALS RULES

Refundable security deposit in cash requested on arrival of 500 EUROS or 20000 THB or equivalent in other currency.

Refundable security deposit in cash requested on arrival of 250 EUROS or 10000 THB or equivalent in other currency.

2:
The electricity is not included in the rental price.
The electricity is very cheap in Phuket: 5 bahts per kw.

3:
Check in and check out times flexible if possible.
Smoking is allowed on terrace and balcony.
