28 Dart Marina is a three-storey town house sleeping up to six people (max four adults), with stunning views over the River Dart from the private terrace, just a short level walk from historic Dartmouth’s award-winning restaurants and boutique shops. The property has three bedrooms - two with super King-size beds and one en suite, both on the first floor. On the second floor is a spacious junior 'suite' with small sitting area and separate bedroom with two single beds for children only. The property also has a family bathroom, a cloakroom, a state-of-the-art kitchen and an elegant lounge/dining area with fabulous French doors leading to the terrace.

There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular sandy beaches are a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
