Amazing location and incredible charm

Not only is the location of this property perfect, but the historical significance of it makes it extremely special. And, the hospitality of the hosts is top notch. Highly recommend a stay here to make the experience of Florence even more memorable.

Location is fabulous but don't let the pictures fool you.

The pictures give the impression that the interior is beautifully appointed...like a Neiman Marcos catalog but you walk in and its like Target. Not that this is bad, but my expectations not met. The shower in the master bedroom does not drain properly, the coffee machine did not work, the master bedroom sheets and conforter had stains, and the coup de grace was getting stuck in the elevator with no one in your company taking my calls. I was told the phone number associated with the local management company was available 24/7. I called the phone number 3x while stuck in elevator....no answer and no ability to leave a message. I then text. There was an auto response sent back that no one available till next day. The residents tried helping but couldn't pry open the door. They finally called the fire department. During all of this we used call button with the inability to communicate Italian vs English. I get a response from your company 12 hours after the fact with the comment being that they couldn't have helped me anyway and should have used the call button. Another issue to address before people book is door to door accessibility. This does not exist with this location and its an "aha" moment when the driver has to drop you at corner and upon being picked up you had to haul your bags 2 blocks over. These drop off/pick up issues wouldn't have prevented our booking...its knowing what to expect ahead of time so one can plan accordingly. The location is fabulous but the apartment and customer service issues need to be addressed.

A very nice stay

This is a very good property. Overall it was a comfortable stay with great air conditioning for hot nights. The location is fantastic for tourists in that it is in the middle of everything in Florence.
