Traditional semi-detached house in the pretty town of Salcombe, that sleeps up to eight people (maximum of five adults) in four bedrooms.
Harbourfield is a traditional semi-detached house arranged over three levels, extensively refurbished and equipped to provide a very good standard of accommodation in the pretty town of Salcombe. The property sleeps up to eight people (maximum of five adults), in four bedrooms (three are on the first floor along with a family bathroom comprising two doubles – one with an en suite - and one single, plus a further family bedroom on the second floor with bunk beds and a single bed). The property also features a sitting room, kitchen/dining room and garage/games room. Outside, there are two decking areas and off road parking for one car. The property is ideal for a large family group or one/two couples looking for a spacious holiday home in a quiet position.

Hot water by Immersion.
Fridge/freezer, washing machine, AGA (is out of action pending its conversion to electric over the winter period 2024), hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave.

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
