This fantastic one bedroom apartment is located within an avocado and other fruit trees farm in La Matanza de Acentejo. Enjoy wonderful sea views of the north coast of the island of Tenerife.

It is one of the eight apartments located in a small and beautiful two-storey building, and contains everything you need for your vacation. Comfortable, pleasant and surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Share a heated pool, barbecue and common areas with the other apartments.

Our guests are usually people looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature and far from the crowded tourist centers.

Although we are located in a rural area, the Finca is very well connected and only a few minutes drive from the main cities and beaches of the island.

Great apartment with wonderful views

Beautiful view! Good quality, clean and very complete apartment. The overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxed and the swimming pool area/garden was beautiful. It is a very good place to stay with a 1-year old.

Nice stay in April

The apartment was very big and clean. We loved our own terrace near the pool where we could sunbathe and spent all afternoon. The view was amazing and so was the silence. We had a very relaxed holiday :)

We really like the place, the view & the pool. We really would prefer a dish washer rather than a washing Maschine in the appartments. For the terrace a big table with 3 proper chairs were nice (we like to eat outside) and some chill out chairs/Sofa would be great for the wonderful big terrace. As our child is getting older and taler the additional bed may get a bit unconvinient in near future. Maybe there are more robust one .....

Cómo siempre, maravilloso

Volver a los apartamentos San Diego es como ir a visitar a unos familiares. Nos encanta el entorno, el silencio y tranquilidad, siempre pasamos unos días de relax ahí. Estuvimos pocos días, pero tanto yo como mi madre y mi hijo hemos disfrutado mucho. A pesar de que hubo un problema con calefacción, tanto Enrique como María han buscado soluciones rápidas para que nos sintiéramos a gusto. Todo perfecto! Hasta la próxima, volvemos pronto! Repetimos experiencia. Nos encanta el lugar, el apartamento, la privacidad y las comodidades, la situacion y la atencion. Por mejorar algo, pero que no es importante, los canales de la tv no se ven todos :)

Nos encantó ! El lugar , la casa , los appts , la piscina , la tranquilidad !!! Teníamos la piscina y el complejo casi para nosotros !!! Es un paraíso ! Nos encantó todo! Esta muy bonito ! Me ha encantado todo del apartamento, y de las instalaciones, la piscina y la barbacoa la verdad es estupendo para desconectar unos días, también es de agradecer que del menaje del apartamento no faltaba nada de nada Las almohadas son incómodas.. mis padres reservaron otro apartamento al lado y a ellos les vino unos almohadones también y esos si eran cómodos igualmente hemos disfrutado de lo lindo y lo recomiendo 100%

Gracias por tu comentario Javier. Gracias a estos comentarios podemos ver por donde mejorar y donde fallamos. Sobre los contenedores, el ayuntamiento no nos pone porque no nos consideran lo suficientemente grandes en la zona. Hace un año conseguí por fin el de cristal, y sigo dando la lata para que nos pongan el de papel y cartón y sobre todo el de los envases. Espero conseguirlo:) En cuanto al lavavajillas, tienes razón. Tenemos en la casa y en el apartamento que hay debajo de ésta, pero en los otros no Algunos clientes me lo piden, pero es un dilema porque cuando les digo de quitar lavadora para poner lavavajillas, me dicen que eso no lo tienen tan claro. Estoy pensando en poner un cuarto de lavado con una lavadora común para todos y poner lavavajillas en los apartamentos, pero esto es una inversión importante y ahora mismo tenemos otras inversiones en camino. En fin, que te doy toda la razón y que tarde o temprano se hará. Un abrazo, y hasta la próxima, Fue un placer tenerlos aquí.
