This beautiful second floor townhome has everything you'll need to feel like a true Savannah local. This amazing home will meet the needs of 4 Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Start your day of exploration with a walk across Forsyth Park to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone. Afterwards, head to Monterey Square for some antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques, or a tour at the infamous Mercer-Williams House. Whether you're in town for a quick business trip, a romantic retreat, or a longer stay with family, the Delia Row Townhome is the perfect choice! The communication from the day I booked it until the time we checked out was excellent. Questions I had were answered immediately and the information given about access to the property was clear. There was also a book with recommendations for restaurants and helpful local information. The location was beautiful right across the street from Forsyth Park and within easy walking distance to the local restaurants and activities. Inside was quaint, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property and Lucky Savannah!!

Fantastic location! The Park View is great and a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t really need a car being so close. The traffic can be heard being so close to street but still worth it

We loved the location! Right in the heart of the historic district and across the street from Forsyth Park. The apartment was clean and very quiet. We called Lucky Savannah a couple of times with questions and they answered promptly and resolved any issues.We did not cook so the kitchen met all of our needs. Water pressure in the shower was a little low and there is no counter space around the sink in the bathroom but we made it work. Never had an issue finding a place to park.We would stay there again

Very good information shared & things were in great shape.Kitchen could have benefited from more plates & utensils (tongs, & pizza cutter & food storage containers). Good location. Beautiful Forsyth park across the street. We were on the second floor. I don’t believe the listing mentioned the twenty stairs to tote luggage up to the apartment. Not handicap assessable or for those with mobility issues. Rental was very clean. Kitchen is bare minimum, but we didn’t cook any meals. Lawn chairs for the park and beach towels are in the closet in the bedroom. We only received one hand towel and three washcloths for a three night stay. We had to wash them ourselves. We found the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable, but the king size was nice.

This is a perfect location for a couple’s Savannah getaway. We were able to walk the town easily. The view of Forsythe Park from the bedroom is beautiful. Parking is not reserved, but we had no issue finding a spot close to the condo.We will definitely try to book this property when we return to Savannah in the future.

This was a great location, fantastic neighborhood, clean accommodations, easy check in and out processes, close to so much, free off street parking, right across from beautiful Forsyth Park, wonderful farmers market on Saturdays during the summer...what more can I say other than we WILL be back!!

Great Location for Weekend Getaway

We have always experienced excellent customer service with this company but this went above and beyond. They have acquired a customer for life!

Everything was clean and nice unfortunately though the kitchen was not well equipped with one older pan very few dishes no tongs in the tool drawer. The owner was very responsive when the air conditioning was not working properly and came and fixed it. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood location was fabulous.

We love the location and the property, this is actually the second year in a row we’ve visited Savannah and have stayed in the same building both times. If you are visiting Savannah you really have to look no further for accommodations

Our stay was perfect! I absolutely loved the apartment, it was beautifully decorated, comfortable and the perfect size. It is just across the street from Forsyth Park. We could walk almost every where we wanted to go, anyplace else was short drive.
