House consisting of kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms and bathroom (with bath and shower).
Outside the house you can enjoy a large garden with gazebo, barbecue / oven and a relaxation area with deckchairs, sunbeds and outdoor pool.

The location is the last of a small village of houses where you can find silence and tranquility to spend a pleasant holiday immersed in nature.

The village of Reggello is about 1.5 km away, where you can find small shops where to shop, some supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias (recommended Osteria Masaccio). On Saturdays the market is held in the main square. Near the village there are some farms where you can buy local products (wine, oil). Also a short distance from the house there is a playground for children and is also equipped to do physical exercises for the older ones. For lovers of trekking a few meters from the house there are many paths marked by the CAI (Italian Alpine Club), which allow you to make beautiful walks immersed in the nature of the Park of Sant Antonio.

The house is located in the center of the Tuscan countryside, from here you can reach by car the main regional capitals, Florence about 35 km, Arezzo about 50 km, Siena about 90 km, Pisa about 110 km, Lucca to about 100 km. At about 6/7 km from the village is the train station of Figline Valdarno, with free parking, from where in 30/40 minutes you can reach the station of S. M.Novella di Firenze and the station of Arezzo. At 6/7 km you can find a large outlet (The Mall) where you can shop for big names such as Gucci, Prada, Cavalli, D & G, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo etc.
