At first everything seems very nice, picturesque surroundings, beautiful house. But the truth soon emerges. There were loud noises in the apartment day and night caused by a broken oven. Conversations in the living room/kitchen rather difficult, disturbing at night even when sleeping. Constant noise! Landlord only says it needs to be repaired. The true character of the landlord comes out in the bill. The hosts try to compensate for the low rent with an absurd gas bill. Complaints are shot down with rudeness and aggression. Proof of consumption cannot really be presented, photos without date of a gas meter of which it cannot be clarified whether this is really from the rented apartment This rental of the accommodation borders on fraud. Not recommended,

Zwembad niet beschikbaar. Volgens info Belvilla zou deze vanaf Mei open zijn. Volgens de gastvrouw niet. Basic dingen; (waterkoker, scherpe messen) niet aanwezig. Föhn en strijkijzer wel al moesten we hierom vragen. De omgeving en het terrein is schitterend. Adembenemend mooi. De gastvrouw is aardig maar niet overdreven gastvrij. Geen flesje wijn of koud biertje aangeboden bij aankomst. Niet geïnformeerd of wij al hadden gegeten etc... Toen wij vroegen om tips over het bezoeken van een wijngaard kwam ze met iets op de proppen wat er niet echt op leek. Wij zullen toch niet de 1e zijn die hier ooit om gevraagd hebben. Het zal aan de taalbarrière gelegen hebben. Haar man heeft voor mijn vriendin gratis espresso geregeld in de ochtend. Dat was heel lief. Al met al redelijk tevreden maar had dit expliciet geboekt vanwege het zwembad.

Schöne Umgebung schöne UnterkunftAbsolute Abzocke bei den Nebenkosten. Aufpassen!!! Halten sich nicht an die Vertragsbedingungen, präsentieren eine Rechnung der Nebenkosten die völlig aus der Luft gegriffen sind. Internet funktioniert kann. Heizung so Laut dass man kaum schlafen kann.

Prachtige hoeve tussen de olijfbomen. Het appartement is mooi ruim, de inrichting wat sober. Het zwembad was geweldig mooi! Groot en schoon en met een perfect peuterbad. Echt een aanrader om hier heen te gaan voor een heerlijke vakantie.

Mooi domein op een uurtje van Firenze en Arezzo (dus heel goed te doen) en op 1, ...

Mooi domein op een uurtje van Firenze en Arezzo (dus heel goed te doen) en op 1,5 uur van Siena dus eigenlijk schitterend gelegen als uitvalsbasis om deze 3 schitterende steden te bezoeken. Je zit ook vlak bij de wijnstreek van de Chianti Classico en dat is ook zeker de moeite. Heel groot en mooi, goed onderhouden zwembad. Er is een restaurant, maar het was tijdens ons verblijf maar 1 keer open. We hebben toen wel heel lekker gegeten en als hoofdgerecht heerlijke Chianina steak op de houtsgrill (moet je zeker vragen als je daar bent!!) Heel lieve , zachte mensen.

Accueil excellent, les propriétaires sont des gens charmants, très accueillants et qui plus est généreux. Les locations sont très belles et propres. Le site alentour est magnifique et la position de la location laisse la possibilité d'aller visiter des villes + ou - proches (Florence, Pise, Sienne, Arezzo etc...). Vacances très réussies
