Private Beach Access! TIDES 1308 at TOPS’L Directly on the Gulf.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent this condo, maximum occupancy 6 people.

Recently re-decorated unit as well as exterior property upgrades. This condo located on the 13th floor is fantastic in every way, two-bedroom & two-bathroom condo professionally decorated with an emphasis on relaxation. Take in the sunset from your spacious 400 sqft. private balcony overlooking the Gulf's emerald coastline, white sand beaches and a fantastic view of the Destin skyline, you have found your place of solace.

If being directly on the beach for sun and relaxation isn't enough, there are numerous amenities on the property including 2 gorgeous swimming pools, free WIFI internet service, 6 pickle ball courts, putt-putt golf, basketball, shuffleboard, and community outdoor gas grills. Blue Dunes Bar & Grill is located adjacent to the lower swimming pool, serving lunch, cocktails and early dinner, seasonal hours apply, accepts credit/debit cards only, no cash.

With a short drive you can spend the afternoon shopping or take in a movie at AMC Classic at Grand Blvd(1 mile), Silver Sands Outlet Mall (1 Mile) or the shops of Destin Commons (5 miles) where you will find many notable and unique stores for kids and adults alike.

Baytown Wharf and Marina is a great place to visit as well, very unique and family oriented with shops, great restaurants and tons of entertainment for the kids including a zip line across the lake, rock climbing, rope course, trampolines and many more activities.

Feeling adventurous? Book a private fishing charter and reel in the catch of the day at Destin Harbor, a few miles down the road. Or take a day trip to the National Naval Aviation Museum, you may get lucky and see the Blue Angels having a practice run!

If you are keen on great food, there are excellent restaurants to choose from with a short drive or Uber. If you are more inclined to cook in, you have grocery and local seafood markets close by. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, stainless appliances and granite countertops with a breakfast bar and dining area in the adjoining room that will seat 10.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is an easy drive from anywhere in the Southeast United States, if you prefer to travel by air you will find Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) approximately 45 miles to the east, or Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) approximately 45 miles to the west. There is also Destin Executive Airport (DTS) for general aviation less than 10 miles away.

No canopies or tents are allowed on Tops'l Beach, beach chairs and umbrella service is available through vendor on-site.

Pets of any kind are not allowed in condo or on Tides property.

Amazing condo! Everything was perfect during our stay. The department is nice and very well equipped. The beach is just a couple of steps from the condo and the pool has a very convenient restaurant. All the staff were friendly. The hosts were always available for questions or concerns, and helped us with everything. Very nice experience!

Summer Vacation 2025

This is our second year staying at The Tides at Tops'l for family vacation. We love the property for its convenience to Destin and Panama City Beach. The condo was well stocked with all of the essentials for cooking meals and relaxing evenings with a beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony. The unit provided relaxation during our stay, along with feeling away from the hustle and bustle of busy crowds. Host communicates well and makes checking in and out a breeze. We feel safe at Tops'l and look forward to booking again! Loved our hosts Heath and Natalie.

"Seas The Day" Is My Favorite Place To Stay!

There are no words to tell you how much I enjoyed my time here. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is amazing! You can experience beautiful Gulf views in the daytime, and the twinkling night time lights in the other direction in the evening. My favorite activity was watching the sunset off the spacious balcony. I would rush back from wherever I'd been that day, in order not to miss it. The sunrise is also beautiful! The property is quiet and well maintained, and the owners are very kind and accommodating. There are terrific activities in the area including lots of shopping, restaurants, golfing and movies. This location is great for couples or families. "Seas The Day" at Tops'l Resort is a place you will want to return to again and again. I will be returning in the fall and next spring. It's a wonderful place to make memories. Thank you Natalie and Heath for sharing your awesome place!

Tops'l Tides 1308-Perfect Emerald Coast Beach Vacation Spot

This was our second trip to Miramar Beach for summer vacation and to Tops'l Tides. This unit was perfect for our family. Wonderful views of the Gulf and easy access to the beach-especially now that there is a ramp to get to the beach! Located just a short drive from 30A which allowed us to venture to several beach towns for dinner and ice cream each night of our stay. Natalie and Heath were very accommodating to our requests and replied quickly. We hope to stay again next summer.

Amazing Destin experience!

We had a wonderful stay in Destin this week. Natalie and Heath have a great condo and were perfect hosts! Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Amazing balcony view!! Don't be concerned about the "side" view, it's way better than ocean facing. This balcony has a view of both the bay and the ocean and it faces West so you get an awesome sunset view as well. The kids loved being able to go from basketball to put put to the beach to the pool. It was the perfect vacation for adults and kids. We will definitely be back!

Disappointed because we could not use the fitness center or play tennis.

We chose tops’l to be able to play tennis and use the fitness center. The owners were not members so we were not able to use either amenity so this was disappointing. The condo also needs updating.

One of the Best Units I ever stayed in! Definetly will go back!

I have to say this is truly one of the best units I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed, A/C worked great, bed was comfy, the unit location on the 13th floor was quiet, yet close to the elevator, had the most amazing view on the largest balcony I have ever had in a unit, this balcony alone will make me go back to this unit! We had a great view of the ocean, and the bay, the sunsets were killer to see so many colors to look at. Across the street were tons of restaurants, bar-grills, and great shopping with a shuttle to take you there. The pool bar and restaurant was great, had 2 large pools and a hot tub right next to our building was never too crowded. Beach was great. Honestly, I cant say enough good about this unit and the owners. The owners texted me a couple of times just to make sure we were Happy and didn't need anything! I am definitely going back!

Perfect location!!

My husband and I chose to do our "leaf looking" in Destin this year, instead of going our usual direction. Our stay at "Seas the Day" could not have been more perfect. The accommodations were excellent with everything we needed from a comfortable bed to a well equipped kitchen to a beautiful view from the spacious balcony!!
