GORGEOUS VIEW - 7th FLOOR OF SUGAR TOP - SAVE BY RENTING Thru VRBO - GATED RESORT WITH INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB!! Our unit has been renovated, and is one of the best units in Sugar Top!

Large (1100 square foot) condominium high atop Sugar Mountain. Here you look out over several states at an elevation of more than 5000 feet. The beautiful scenery is viewable from each room or on your own private balcony. Condo is nestled in an alpine-like village, Banner Elk.

At night, view the lights of village below - heavenly sunsets, very romantic - peaceful, serene setting. The building also has large, outdoor deck. Convenient 24 hour front desk and 24 hour security.

There are many activities in the area. From the first floor, step into the All Seasons Recreational Center with its indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and exercise room. Enjoy all of this while feasting on the mountain scenery through windowed walls.

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. It was very clean, nicely decorated, updated and charming. Being close to the elevator was a plus too. We couldn't sign into the internet but we only tried a couple times. We were enjoying our time, so we were less interested in the internet. The balcony chairs were comfortable and perfect for two couples giving everyone a chair to sit in. If you enjoy firm beds, these beds are for you. It didn't prevent us from a good and cool night sleep. We really liked that the unit had many fans to help you keep cool, however, we didn't really need because we opened the windows. The temperatures were perfect. Thank you for your hospitability. We look forward to visiting again some time.

Condo is decorated very sophisticated . Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook with. Adequate linens and toiletries. It felt like home. The steam room is not working and seems to have been out of order since the last time I visited sugar top last year. I was disappointed that it wasn’t working. Condo is great and will definitely stay there again.

The views from the condo were beautiful. The intensity of color in the fall leaves along with the vibrant colors of the sunsets were absolutely stunning. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances & cookware. Our host was quick to respond.

Beautiful views including front row seats for 4th of July fireworks

Great space, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Central location to lots of places - Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, etc. Checking in was easy and the shuttle service was very convenient. We will definitely book again when coming back to the area.

Wonderful!

Sugar Top is a property like none other in the Banner Elk area. It is a gated community, with the best views in North Carolina. The staff here are the best, and always make your stay inviting.

Sugar Top is a great place to visit during EVERY season. Skiing in Winter, then Shopping/Hiking/Fishing/Rafting/Golfing and dining out in the beautiful cool weather during the Spring, Summer, and Fall months!
