Villa Irina Polis is a tranquil and modern Cyprus holiday villa, located just outside Polis Chrysochous, very close to the beach, with a private pool, a roof terrace offering stunning sea and sunset views. This Self catering - Self check in villa can accommodate comfortably a family or party of six persons in three bedrooms.

This modernly designed property is only a few steps away from the beach and it is set in a complex of maisonettes in a quiet neighbourhood. Irina is fully air-conditioned, with the use of the bedroom air-conditioning been a gift from the owner and the lounge available at a small fee (14 Euro per day) and provides all the facilities for a relaxing stay away from it all.

Villa Irina

Une très belle villa, au calme, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Il faut juste savoir qu'il y a un booster pour faire chauffer l'eau et ceci n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce. Un très beau séjour pour nous.

Schöner Außenbereich

Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist hervorragend! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und der Grill im Garten ermöglicht gemütliche Grillabende am Pool. Die Betten waren uns persönlich zu hart. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Polis ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Comfortable villa in a slightly tired looking development

This is a comfortable villa with a nice sized pool and plenty of accommodation. It is located quite a long way from the centre of Polis which is perhaps a 10 minute drive away. The villa is part of a larger development which is beginning to look quite tired and is situated on its own surrounded by fields and scrub land. It is quite well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and reasonable amounts of crockery and cooking utensils. The pool was a good size for swimming, but the floor was quite dirty in several places. There were also quite unsightly looking cracks in the stonework around the pool. The villa sleeps six in three separate bedrooms, but the beds were awfully hard. The wifi router was also extremely old and completely inadequate if several people were trying to access it at the same time. However, all in all it worked as an excellent base for exploring this part of Cyprus and we had a wonderful holiday.
