Here you can do your daily exercise combined with pure relaxation in the whirlpool and sauna adjacent to the high-vaulted room. The house has an activity room where you can play billiards and then table tennis, table football etc. The pool room and activity room are rooms for the entire family to enjoy. There are 4 bathrooms of which one has a bubbling 4-6 persons whirlpool and access to the sauna. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. The kitchen is well-equipped with every modern amenity needed. For the children there is various equipment i.a. cot and high chair and outdoors there are swings and a sandpit. The large plot has plenty of room for ball games and other activities. There is a large terrace for cosy barbecues or just relaxing and enjoying the sun. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the standard listed price. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
