It has a kitchenette / kitchenette, equipped with a mini microwave, electric cooker and dishwasher, TWO PRIVATE COUPLE ROOMS MORE A ZONE 4 BEDROOMS in the living room and sofa area. Housed in a charming little farmhouse built in the third part of the twentieth century, transformed and completely refurbished to satisfy you and your family. A unique environment with a mountain and sea view. A peace of mind. Here you will find a fully equipped gym as well as mountain biking or rent a car and other small luxuries and courtesy car to make your transfers to the airport which is just 7 minutes from the property. More than 4000m2 of land and areas where it is in contact with nature. We also offer a large swimming pool, a restaurant, a lounge bar and a sunbathing and reading area.

Schöne Lage

Eine sehr schöne Lage, aber das eine Zimmer, das wir hatten, sollte unbedingt renoviert/repariert werden. Dann ist es dort bestimmt angenehm zu übernachten und die Gegend zu genießen.

Namiot zamiast pokoju.

Już od sam proces rezerwacji był .........dziwny? Po kliknięciu "rezerwuję" i podaniu danych karty przyszło powiadomienie że wynajmujący zmienił warunki, czyli zamiast trzech będą dwie osoby. Za trzecią mam dopłacić na miejscu gotówką 50€. W przypadku rezygnacji niestety nie przysługiwał mi zwrot wpłaty więc jedynym wyjściem było zaakceptowanie warunków. Na miejscu okazało się że zamiast obiecywanego apartamentu było coś składające się z dwóch przeszklonych ścian przyklejone do narożnika muru z plandeką zamiast dachu. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia to: czajnik bezprzewodowy, kuchnia mikrofalowa i płyta grzejna. Cóż po nich bez naczyń na których cokolwiek by można przyrządzić. Kilka sztućców totalnie każdy inny, kilka maleńkich filiżanek do espresso i szklanki do zimnych napojów z logo Coca Cola dopełniały całość. Część sanitarna to łazienka z wanną od jacuzzi umywalka i muszla klozetowa. Wanna na tyle duża że napełniając do 30% kończyła się ciepła woda. Wypuszczając z niej wodę tworzyliśmy rzekę płynącą w poprzek obiektu i wypływającą pod jedną ze szklanych drzwi. Wisienką na torcie był brak drzwi pomiędzy częścią sypialno kuchenną a łazienką z ubikacją. Na zwrócenie uwagi właściciel odparł że to taka koncepcja obiektu. Samo położenie obiektu było bo Ok gdyby nie obecność po drugiej stronie ulicy fermy drobiu i punktu rozbiórki samochodów.

Para além da confusão que foi feita com a nossa estadia e o número de pessoas foi uma sucessão de mal entendidos e falha de comunicação. O Staff foi prestativo em tudo que precisamos .

Defiantly the worst property Ive stayed at, I wish it had reviews before I booked as I’m sure they would of agreed with my account of my time there. We killed two cockroaches, had small insects in our belongings, I’d leave the house and find them in my hand bag! The property had a strange smell, stray cats which was heartbreaking as they’d be looking/ begging fofor food. The bathroom in our room had no door, plus the water system didn’t work, so it was either piping hot (enough to make a coffee) or freezing cold. We had to use a different bathroom to shower. I felt uncomfortable to ask for more toilet paper etc when I needed anything, Marco had a strange way of communicating that made me feel like an inconvenience. It wasn’t worth the price they charged, which is saying a lot as it was the cheapest thing we could find. The location is bad if you reach funchal and decide you’d like to change ur plans/ for example you want to go to a beach and need to go back to fetch your swim stuff, it’s just pointless as the Roy trip is too long. My room was opposite the “reception” and as the walls are so cheap and thin youd be woken up 7-8am every day with the conversations in the doorway / hallway. Ultimately- I recommend you avoid this property at all costs unless you are desperate

Je garde précieusement l adresse pour y retourner

Marco qui est le responsable de ce gite a été au petit soins pour nous .IL as toujours le sourire. La suite est accueillantes et propre dans un cadre ageable avec piscine, petit salon extérieur . Le seul point qui est à améliorer l adresse précise et plus claire dans l'annonce au niveau de la description
