One night stay

Room was clean and tidy. The upstairs kitchen was good. The balcony overlooking the fish and vegetables markets was interesting. Would definitely recommend.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix ( moins de 20 euros par nuit en 2024 pour une chambre pour 3 personnes avec salle d'eau et wc). Ne pas s'attendre à une jolie vue, mais établissement propre , central, prés du marché et d un supermarché

Correu bem, sendo que apenas usámos o alojamento para dormir e tomar banho. Serve perfeitamente. A localização não podia ser melhor. No entanto, o quarto e wc precisam de manutenção. Cama e porta do wc chiam, a torneira do chuveiro verte, a janela do wc ao abrir cai, sai muita água do chuveiro para o chão.

Tout c'est bien passé sur place Néanmoins la communication au préalable est minime Informations au dernier moment Nous avons eu une chambre avec salle de bain intégré Tout en haut se trouve la terrasse pour manger ainsi qu'une petite cuisine où vous pouvez préparer quelque chose Plaque de cuisson électrique 2 feux Micro onde Frigo commun Il manque des verres et des couverts Pas de climatisation Nous avons eu chaud la nuit en Août pour info Sinon très bien situé pour se balader en Centre ville Le marché des Lavradores est vraiment en face Pas de parking avec le logement et dans la rue le stationnement est payant pour info

Le jour même,on nous préviens qu’il y a un problème avec notre chambre prévue. La chambre de remplacement est exigue le lit superposé grince et bouge ,on risque de s’electrocuter en touchant un bouton de lumière , chaleur étouffante 2 mètres carrés pour wc ,douche ,lavabo bref chambre dés année 30

Zentral aber nicht sehr sauber

Die Lage war gut und zentral, nachts natürlich nicht immer leise. Leider waren die Betten nicht frisch überzogen, das geht ja gar nicht! Das Zimmer war auch nicht das bestellte und in der Anzeige abgebildete. Dafür war es billig und wir konnten spontan buchen.

Excelente estadia no Funchal

O quarto é como está nas fotos, o proprietário responde rapidamente a questões ou dúvidas de forma atenciosa. O único problema que encontrámos foi o barulho feito por outros residentes. Os quartos não tem uma boa isolação e portanto conseguimos ouvir tudo o que acontece na rua e com outros hóspedes a entrarem/saírem do edifício.

Pas tout compris qui faisait quoi ici dans la mesure ou je me suis retrouvé au Résidential Funchal... Ceci étant chambre simple mais sympa avec un petit balcon. Très bien placé en face du marché des Labradores. Ne soyez pas surpris, vous ne recevrez que les infos nécessaires (code d'accés, numéro de chambre) le jour de l'arrivée.

Très bien pour si peu cher

Tout s'est bien passé. Les lits sont faits tous les matins et les serviettes de toilettes sont changées tous les jours. L'appartement est bien au vu du prix très bas. La localisation est super, à 5 minutes à pieds de la mer. Le seul petit bémol serait la communication (j'ai eu des informations sur l'appart quelques heures avant mon arrivée). Le personnel est sympa, on peut entrer et partir à notre guise.

The accomodation was really cheap, and in a great location inf front of the main market. It has a kitchen which help to prepare simple food. But it was dark in the corridor, the mattress was old and unconfortable, and the cleaniless was not satisfactory.
