Nestled in a small cove, just 30 meters from the sea, overlooking crystal-clear water and sandy shores, this new spacious villa offers 240 sq.m. of living space, with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious living room, a roofed balcony, a large veranda and scenic terraced gardens, which lead straight down to the water's edge, where a gate divides the property from the sea and the flat rocks below, suitable for sunbathing and swimming. One can also continue onto the beautiful sandy St Thomas' Beach, which is a mere 3 minutes’ walk from the property.

The villa's interior arrangement is' upside down'! The living room, the kitchen and one of the double bedrooms with separate bathroom are on the upper level, while the rest of the sleeping quarters are on the lower level - a traditional Greek arrangement.

Perfect!!

After 30 odd hours of travel, with four young, tired children it was all worth it when our host, Spyros, opened the front door of the villa and we were faced with those magical views! The reality cannot possibly be depicted in the photos...the villas' location is truly amazing! Breathtaking views, walking distance to the beach and a couple of taverns and extremely peaceful! Swimming in the cove directly in front of the villa is an experience I will never forget...kayaking in the sea in front of the villa is an experience all four of my children will never forget! The villa is stocked with everything...inside and out. There wasn't one thing I needed that wasn't provided...Spyros was extremely hospitable, helpful and accessible. We also had the pleasure of meeting his lovely wife, Evi, and his daughters. The only negative (for me who gets quite anxious in the car)was driving to and from the villa each day. It was a little difficult as the roads are very narrow and the overgrown trees in the passing were a nuisance...but then again we had a 7-seater to accommodate our large family and the road may not necessarily be a problem with a smaller car. Also, all the roads in Kefalonia are narrow so this isn't specific to the villa and something you must be prepared for. I can keep writing about our wonderful experiences staying in this villa but one word can easily sum it all up...PERFECT!!! Thank you Spyros for making our family's first trip to Kefalonia so special and when we return again, there is obviously only one place we will choose....this time for much longer!

Summer Grand Final

We booked the Villa as a party of 7 friends, 3 couples and 1 single. The resort was everything what we were hoping for and more. This is really something special and offers great activities for everyone with an outstanding view, garden with pool and sea access for swimming. The host was great and always available for questions and tipps around the villa and on Kefalonia trips. We are very glad we spent our summer closing there and would do it again without thinking twice.

Amazing place !!!

Brilliant stay

We had the most amazing week (6 adults and 4 kids). House is as advertised. Unbelievable location - right on the sea with a small sandy beach, great swimming / snorkelling, super beach bar and taverna. Plus an awesome pool. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend.

Excellent. Can’t fault this villa.

Amazing pool Good use of kayak and paddle boards in the bay that is very sheltered St Thomas beach was however very crowded and this spilled over to the rocks by the villa. The 20 somethings loved the beach bar/taverna within walking distance. Food good. Vibe good and only a very short walk away.

The villa was originally built with the purpose of serving as our private holiday home and as such was lavishly equipped. Economic recession in Greece and the overwhelming increase of property taxes drove us to the decision of sharing the villa . Luckily, Kefalonia is one of the world’s most stunning holiday destinations and a lot of people, mainly families from Northern Europe, visit here every summer, in order to enjoy the charming beaches and the high quality resorts.

What makes this property unique

The property is just 30 meters from the coast and two minutes’ walk from the lovely sandy beach of St Thomas, in a unique location, overlooking the turquoise water of the peaceful cove below, as well as the majestic slopes of mount Ainos. The villa was originally built in 2006 and renovated in 2013, with modern needs and comforts in mind. It offers luxury in exquisite surroundings and boast fantastic sea views. Enjoy the sun and the sea with privacy avoiding the stressful commute to the crowded beaches.
