Our Response to Covid-19
Our number one priority is to keep our guests, our housekeeping team and the local community as safe as possible during these challenging times so we have worked hard to create a thorough cleaning and change-over protocol. We have also updated our refund policies in light of the Covid-19 virus.
Cleaning and Changeover
In order for our cleaning team to do a thorough clean of the property after every guest, check-in will now be around 5pm and check-out 9am. Please do keep to these times as we must ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned for your safety. It is essential that our housekeepers have vacated the property before you arrive to minimize contact.
Our cleaners will be fully focused on cleaning the property and will not be able to disinfect external items such as sun chairs, and BBQ. We will leave them in the shed but we recommend you clean items before use. The outdoor dining table and chairs will be cleaned and disinfected as usual.
At the end of your stay we asks guests to strip the beds and put all towels and bedlinen in the bags provided – we don’t usually ask this but it will help to keep our cleaners safe.
Who can we accommodate at Agriasparengia?
By law, Only travellers who carry a certificate of a negative RT-PCR test result will be allowed by the border authorities to enter the country. The certificates should be written in English and bear the name and passport/national ID number of the traveller.
The Laboratories that perform the RT-PCR testing should be:
a. National Reference laboratories
b. National Public Health Laboratories or
c. Private laboratories which are accredited from the respective national accreditation authorities (not necessarily specifically for COVID-19).
Certificates that do not fulfill the above criteria will not be accepted. Certificate forgery is punished by Greek Law.
Children under 10 years old are not subject to the obligation to a PCR test.
All travellers will still have to complete and submit their PLF form
All visitors from air, land or sea, will be subject to random tests upon arrival. Upon being tested, travellers move to their final destination. In the event of a positive result, they will be contacted and placed on 14-day quarantine
Greece at any stage retains the right to modify any of the above in light of changing circumstances. A team within the Infectious Diseases Committee evaluates the epidemiological data on a regular basis and recommends changes to restrictions.

If they are confirmed to have Covid-19, they should return home if they reasonably can. They should use private transport but only drive themselves if they can do so safely. If a guest cannot reasonably return home (for example because they are not well enough to travel or do not have the means to arrange transport), their circumstances should be discussed with an appropriate health care professional and, if necessary, the local authority. Guests should follow government guidance on dealing with possible or confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.
