Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island, Estero Beach & Tennis 1006C is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer! Newly renovated, this wonderful condo definitely has a BEACH VIBE!

You can enjoy lovely dinners prepared in your lovely, upgraded fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, including that ohh soo important dishwasher. (Or make use of the on-site BBQ to cook up a great meal to enjoy.) The Breakfast Bar with a quartz countertop has seating for 4! The living area has a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite programs, and a comfortable sleeper sofa and reading chair. The master bedroom has a brand new King-sized bed and new bedroom furniture. The Full Bath has been remodeled too, with a wonderful Walk In Shower.

And then there's the VIEW!!!! Spectacular Gulf view with all the beach and wildlife activity, including a front row seat to our world famous sunsets. Your 10th floor balcony offers panoramic vistas of the beautiful Gulf waters and the island all the way to the north tip.

If you're in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy our sun-filled days; if you want something a little more active there are tennis/pickleball courts to get your feet moving and your heart pumping! Pool is open dawn to dusk.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities in building C, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

The Estero Beach And Tennis Club Resort Complex which sits on 11 acres of lush tropical vegetation offers brand NEW 4 Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts, a fountain lake, resort-sized heated pool, 7 miles of white sandy beach on the Gulf right outside your back door, great fishing, all at the southern upscale and quiet end of Fort Myers Beach AND all for the best deal on the island.

These amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. PLEASE NOTE: There is no washer/dryer in this unit. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and are available to all residents and guests of Estero Beach & Tennis Club.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The Club has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again. Despite their recovery and rebuilding mode, they are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation condo has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
