Downstairs there is an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a large living room and utility. Off-road parking is available for 2 cars. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with a barbecue and furniture provided. The Stables is the perfect location for friends and families to relax and unwind.

Amenities: Oil central heating, underfloor heating, electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a selection of books, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and safety gate available. Off-road parking for 2 cars and access to garage for bikes and motorbikes. Large patio area with private gardens with barbecue. Two small pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurant 1 mins walk. Please note: This property takes weekly bookings with a Friday changeover day

Visitor attractions include St. James' Church, Hubbard's Hills, the market, and many independent retailers and Lincolnshire's last remaining cattle market.
