Downstairs there is an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a large living room and utility. Off-road parking is available for 2 cars. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with a barbecue and furniture provided. The Stables is the perfect location for friends and families to relax and unwind.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and safety gate available. Off-road parking for 2 cars and access to garage for bikes and motorbikes. Large patio area with private gardens with barbecue. Two small pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurant 1 mins walk. Please note: This property takes weekly bookings with a Friday changeover day

Visitor attractions include St. James' Church, Hubbard's Hills, the market, and many independent retailers and Lincolnshire's last remaining cattle market.
