The house is located on the Marstrandsfjord with views including. a over Brattön, Instön and Marstrand. It is located in a summer cottage area with 100 meters to the bathing jetty, where there is plenty of families with children and where there is full activity of swimming and crab fishing. If you want to swim a little more peacefully from active children, you walk straight down from the house, 50 meters. The rental period is weekly, from Sunday 15.00 to Sunday 11.00.

From Rörtången it is 37 km to Gothenburg where there are plenty of activities. Marstrand's seaside hotel is 17 km away. and spa. Sailing competitions and folk party. 20 km to Stenungsund with spa, seafront shopping, cinema, cultural center and molecular workshop for the children.

At the entrance side there is a playground and some weeks there are also hikes, markets and general midsummer celebrations.

The house has a large balcony, with full sea views. There is also a small space under the roof where you can sit outside and eat even if it rains.

The house is single storey with stairs up to the terrace.
In the house there are all amenities such as dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

From Rörtången it is 37 km to Gothenburg with lots of excursion destinations.
