Relax and have fun! This peaceful lake front vacation home is located on a beautifully landscaped and large lot that is ready for your next fun family getaway. Family-owned and managed, this 4 bedroom lake house has One (1) King Bed, One (1) Queen Bed and Four (4) Twin Beds to comfortably sleep up to 8. Fully furnished with towels, dishware and many other things to help limit what you have to bring with you.

In the warm weather months, a spacious (13) capacity Bennington model pontoon boat allows guests to enjoy their day on the lake and tour Pewaukee Lake. Guests can tour the Pewaukee Lake shoreline and observe some mostly incredible lake homes Wisconsin has to offer. Also, take a boat ride to the middle of the lake and watch sail boat races in the summer. Pewaukee Lakes Wilsons Island is a 2-minute boat ride away from the Lake Home and features a waist-level sandbar perfect for boaters that wish to park and lounge. Multiple 'dock and eat' restaurants adorn the lakeshore. The pontoon has the capabilty for guests to waterski and tube. An additional (2) person Jet Ski is available for guests as well. The pontoon and jetski comes as a package and are docked in a convenient hydraulic lift and rent at an additional charge. Guests are not allowed to dock their own boats and trailers at the Lake House because there isn't the pier space to do so.

This Lake Home boasts 50' of accessible Pewaukee Lake frontage with unbelievable lake views throughout the house. The main living area is connected to a beautiful walk-out deck with unencumbered beautiful views of the lake. The Lake House is located within a private cul-de-sac and boasts a spacious 1/2 acre well-manicured front yard.

The open concept main level features the kitchen with granite countertops, dining room, living room, half bathroom, one bedroom, laundry room and amazing walk out deck with large lake views.

The second levels features 3 bedrooms and a newly remodeled full master bathroom.

The lower level features a newly remodeled full bathroom with a changing area and rec room with walk out door leading out to the lake.

An RO Water faucet is installed at the kitchen sink so you always have clean fresh drinking water.

One Graco Pack 'n Play is available to use and has the infant insert.

6 night minimum stay is required.

The house is located minutes away from downtown Pewaukee Beach which features a beach, coffee shops, dining and shopping. You can take a kayak ride from the property and be at the beach in twenty minutes. The property is a 10 minute car ride away from premier shopping at Brookfield Square Mall (and the Shops of Delafield) and only 30 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. The home is 2100 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The walkout lower level is finished. All bedrooms have sizeable closets. Outside, the property provides a 6' wide beautiful pier with a composite decking finishing, long bench and ladder to enjoy the lake in any manner you would like. There is an outdoor patio with nice furnishings, like a table, umbrella and Adirondack chairs that are used to enjoy the lake sunsets. The property is large and has many beautiful mature trees that provide both shade and ambience to the property. Enjoy all of the recreational opportunities that Pewaukee Lake has to offer. Fish off the pier or take a boat ride on Pewaukee Lake. Pewaukee Lake is five miles long and one mile wide and sports the best fishing in southeastern Wisconsin. Pewaukee Lake is the largest lake in Waukesha County. Fish for muskies, bass, lake perch, walleyes, pan-fish and more. Kids and adults alike will love the hard bottom lake. The winter also offers a unique opportunity for outdoor recreations such as premier ice fishing and snowmobiling on the nearby Bugline Trail. This beautiful home was perfect and our host Andrew was very accommodating and easy to work with. He provided a basketball and fishing rid for my son, and he gave mevery helpful information and advice about driving on the roads when we had an area flood watch. Very responsive and easy to communicate with- a fantastic stay. And mattresses were great.

Great Week on the Lake

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a very nice house, well equipped with everything that we needed. It's close to downtown Pewaukee which is a cool little town with good restaurants and shops. The house has a beautiful deck overlooking the water and a very usable, fully stocked kitchen.

The house is clean and well appointed. The view of the lake is great. My daughter and I rented a fishing boat from a place less than a mile away. We fished all morning, then conveniently docked the boat at the house, had lunch, and went back out in the evening. Great weekend and great place to stay!

Great location. Town is less than a mile away…an easy walk for coffee or more. This home is family friendly with 2 kayaks & 2 kiddie kayaks & all sizes of life vests…on & on. We enjoyed the BBQ grill…The deck overlooking the lake is fab/both main floor deck & walkout basement seating below. Good times!

Great Lake get away

Very nice property with lovely lake views! The weeds made swimming a little tough but the weed mower came often. Great dock. Lots of seating. Sandy beach near by. Very responsive management. This was a group of college friends and the perfect spot for our reunion!

Paradise in Pewaukee

We lived in nearby Brookfield for almost 50 years and visited Pewaukee Lake area often. Decided to rent a week with two adult children. They loved it and so did we. Grandkids (teens) visited one afternoon. They thought they were at Disneyworld! Your neighbors were very nice to all of us. Trying to find a good excuse to return next year!!

I live in Portland Oregon and hadn't been back to Wisconsin for 5 years. I wanted to see my sister who lives in Menomonee Falls and her husband. I wanted to see my niece and her family who live in Waukesha. Then there my high school friends who I haven't seen in 50 years and they lived in Pewaukee Village and at a near by retirement village. It was great, if stressful. No one spent the night, but there was room to roam. It was great you had the grill as we all had problems with the oven.

This is a wonderful stay. Pewaukee is a hip little town, too. The house is very nice with incredible views of the lake. It was very well equipped for cooking, swimming, and large groups. Would highly recommend.

Perfect lake home!

What a great spot for our family. Home was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Not an item was missed. Plenty of towels, games, and kayaks! View from the deck was spectacular, loved having morning coffee watching the sunrise. Met some fantastic neighbors and owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Perfect place for a get away!

This property was purchased so our family could create memories away from our primary residence. Our children have always enjoyed using the Lake House however, they're also now involved in many activities, so we thought it would an ideal time to allow for other families to utilize the property. If you stay at our place, we have a Property Manager (The Cartledge Family) that can be used as a resource for any questions you may have. Our Property Managers are here to assure you have a local resource should have any questions or needs. The Lake House is a great get-away spot, and still only 30 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. It's truly a lovely property and we thought other families should also enjoy the property and create some memories of their own. Relax, have fun and enjoy all of the wonderful surrounding amenities Pewaukee Lake has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Close to everything. Pewaukee Lake is the closest inland lake to downtown Milwaukee. Pewaukee Beach and Downtown Pewaukee is a 5-minute drive, or a short bike, or kayak ride away. The property is a 30 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee. Pewaukee Lake is the largest lake in Waukesha county's "Lake County" and a hip-spot that will offer just offer everything for all ages of your family. The property itself sits on a large (over 1/2 acre) lot and is located at the end of a dead end/circle drive. The house is situated in an awesome neighborhood, surrounded by many stunning lakefront homes.

You have lake frontage on Beautiful Pewaukee Lake. The Lake House is also very close to downtown Pewaukee which is filled with quaint restaurants, shops and and even a sandy beach.
