If you request cleanings during your stay the fee is $80 plus tax each cleaning.
If you receive cleanings during your stay the checkout housekeeping fee will still apply.

My cancellation policy is as follows:
I will provide a full refund assuming you provide me with at least 14 days notice (30 days if a seasonal policy applies) prior to your arrival date and 50% refund within 7-14 days notice (14-30 days if a seasonal policy applies) prior to your arrival date. Please consider travel insurance which includes COVID and hurricane cancellation as there are no refunds for those events.

Elegantly furnished with 520 square feet, with a king bed, convenient sitting area with desk and double sofa bed. 45 inch high definition TV, iHome radio and Kitchenette with mini refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker, stove top and microwave. Marble and Quartz bathroom with oversized jet whirlpool tub and separate glass enclosed shower and TV in bathroom.

110 square foot balcony overlooking Fontainebleau main pools and ocean. No Smoking. Glass-enclosed state of the art gym, 40,000 square foot two-level Lapis Spa with world famous treatments. On-site several beautiful restaurants: Steakhouse, 24 hour high end dining, poolside cafe, coffee shop, live nightclub, Blade Sushi Bar and Ultra-Lounge. In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.
