Classic Bay Header - 2 blocks to beach & town

Classic, sunny Bay Head family home on Lake Avenue with screened in porch to watch the sunset. The combination of both old and new will make your stay the best of beach experiences. With direct access across Lake Avenue & Scow Ditch to the Bay Head Yacht Club for you and the kids and a block walk to the Chadwick beach entrance. The home is close to all beaches and the shops on Bridge Ave.

This lovely home has wood floors throughout, central air, new bathrooms and an eat-in kitchen. It also has a formal dining room that seats 8, living room, and laundry area. Three bedrooms upstairs, and one down (also can be a TV room or office with one twin day bed). Two bathrooms (one with shower and other one bath/shower). Large Master bedroom with king bed and some water views, one bedroom with a queen, 1 bedroom with twin (with trundle) and one bedroom/tv room with daybed with a trundle.

2 TVs, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable/internet, beach chairs, 6 beach badges, and grill supplied. And of course, there is a convenient outdoor shower for beach clean-ups.

There is off street parking with a long driveway and garage, screened porch, garden/lawn. The 2 bedroom/1 bath garage apartment can be made available for an additional cost per week but is not rented separately.
