This apartment has an area of 50m2 and is located on the second floor with an elevator. The entire apartment has been renovated and decorated by the Grup Tell 1936 interior design studio.
It can accommodate four people in two rooms, the first double and the second with a bunk bed. The bathroom is modern and the spacious kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, oven, kettle and fridge / freezer.
The apartment has TV, DVD, heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels.
The neighborhood
This apartment is located on the same farm as Montroig 1, in the middle of Calle del Sin (Marqués de Montroig), the busiest street in Sitges. The picturesque city of Sitges is 35km south of Barcelona. It retains important medieval notes and stretches for 4km of beach. The ancient city, whose architectural and cultural offer is impressive, is located on a hill next to the sea, around the church of San Bartolomé and Santa Tecla (s. XVII). It is worth noting the beautiful beach of La Ribera, frequented both by residents of Sitges and by some tourists, with its fine golden sand and calm waves.

Close to Barcelona (30 km) and El Prat airport. In less than 10 minutes you will be on the highway as well as at the local train station.

Lovely apartment, great location.

Very nicely equipped. The kettle was broken on arrival but was replaced very quickly. The location was great and it was quiet inside at night despite being close to the centre of Sitges. The bedrooms were a little small but we'd stay there again in future. Lovely apartment, great location.

Great Location, good size for 2 adults 2 kids

We had a nice stay at this property. It was good to have separate rooms from the kids. The space was large enough but the couch is different and only sat 2 with a wing char there wasn't enough seating (not that we were in the apartment much). Minor issues, it would be nice to have beach towels for each person staying there, we didn't want to buy them and then not be able to take them home due to luggage weight. There could be more places to hang items on the walls, like in the master bedroom for a jacket, etc. There were not enough mirrors and the one full length was in a weird spot behind a large lamp in the bunk room. Probably not a big deal to most but we were in town for a wedding and the 4 of us were trying to get ready at the same time. Slightly concerning was a loose nail or screw in the middle of the floor we were worried about cutting feet on and loose staples in the carpet. With all of that said, were I coming for a beach vacation, I would totally stay here again. The location is great. Nice restaurant just across the street.
