It is a comfortable and cosy independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all rooms.

On the ground floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room, and on the upper floor, a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area features a private swimming pool as well as a welcoming terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying your holidays with family and friends.

The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets very close by.

The excellent location of the villa means that all destinations are within reach, both the beach which can be accessed on foot, and other towns and cities.



The long golden sandy beaches have made this part of Dénia one of the favourites for families. Children have plenty of space to play freely in the sand, while the shallow waters make them safe for swimming, diving and water sports. You can also relax with a drink at the beach bar and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

The city of Dénia is just 5 km away. Among the numerous tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca, Dénia is one of the most attractive, not only for its 20 km of coastline, but also for its beautiful historic centre and great cultural heritage. Dénia, named a Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO, has countless restaurants, as well as shops and all kinds of entertainment. The port area is an ideal place to walk and enjoy views of the sea and its impressive castle.

Me ha gustado todo. La ubicación, la casa, la limpieza y todo lo que contiene la casa, para hacer unas vacaciones perfectas. Realmente mejoraria una cosa solo. Comentar al personal de mantenimiento de piscina, que no se empeñen en llenar la piscina hasta desbordar prácticamente, ya que de ese modo no funciona el skimmer y no se limpia, lo que hace casi inútil la depuración del agua.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und liegt sehr zentral. Der Pool war zwar etwas kühl aber sehr sauber. Auch der Außenbereich ist blickdicht und eingezäunt. Wir waren fast 5 Wochen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch BTB ist super organisiert und sehr professionell. Die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig weil keine 2 Autos nebeneinander passen. Ich weiß aber nicht wie man das lösen könnte....

Era tal y Como esperábamos

La piscina y el jardín sin duda lo que más disfrutas, el lavavajillas es un plus, la nevera estaba estropeada y nos la cambiaron en seguida por otra sin duda quedamos encantados puesto que habíamos llegado ese día hace unas horas y habíamos hecho compra La villa necesita mosquiteras , se hace mucho uso del aire acondicionado sin necesidad puesto que refresca por la noche y podrían abrirse las ventanas pero resulta Imposible porque amaneces lleno de picaduras de mosquito, son tambien bastantes mejorables los colchones, no descansas bien puesto que están hundidos , lo que se busca es descanso y comodidad.
