New modern minimalist house 150 meters from the best beach in the north of Mallorca, "Playa s de Pared", a beach with white sand and its waters, clean and crystal clear. There are beach bars and bars to have a refreshing drink and enjoy the sunny days of the island of Mallorca.
An ideal villa for large family or group of friends, available for 12 people and babies.

It has 4 bedrooms with a double bed of 150 cm, 2 bedrooms with two single bunk beds of 90 cm each.
Each room has its own independent closet and has a safe.

New villa iola is a 600 square meter villa independent of other houses, fully enclosed with tropical ipe wood and stainless steel. It has sun loungers and hammocks for sunbathing and a large barbecue grill to taste the best Mallorcan meats.

It has a pool 14 meters long by 2.80 meters wide, a depth of 0.80 cm to 1.70 meters. Fully enclosed with stainless steel railing for children's safety. a terrace of platform of ipe, to rest and sunbathe of mallorca.

It has a private playground and a magnificent ping-pong table, to keep children entertained and happy.
It has a parking for 3 private car spaces.
This villa is surrounded by Mallorcan cuisine restaurants, pizzerias and hamburgers for children.

Almost perfekt stay

Villa location is pretty perfect; Equipment in Villa is sufficient for 10 people. Floor plan and room distribution is good. Kids rooms a bit tight but OK for Kids under age of 10. Pool is top notch. Villa is not brand new, signs of aging everywhere and cleaness could be better. We will book it again if we Return to Mallorca

Excellent stay

The villa is modern and very well located The pool is great to swim Communication with the property manager was excellent 3 cars can easily be parked inside the villa which is very convenient The only thing that could be improved according to us would be to install a fix ladder and bars for the bunk beds on the ground floor. We had a very nice stay and will not hesitate to book the villa again!
