All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. This house has air conditioning in the living room only. The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.
