Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen.Es gibt 2 wunderschöne Pools,der 3. ist zum zahlen.Die Küchenausstattung ist ansich gut,allerdings gab es noch nicht einmal Spülmittel und etwas zum abwaschen,lediglich Geschirrtücher.Flaschenöffner ist kaputt,Schere gibt es auch keine.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter dauert etwas länger.Hingegen ist der Empfang an der Rezeption herzlich und sehr kompetent.Das Auto kann an einem privaten Parkplatz untergestellt werden. Eine wirklich schöne Anlage,die es einem auch in der Hochsaison ermöglicht in Ruhe und abgeschieden zu baden.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist ideal, das Appartement war sauber und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Auch der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Gerne wieder :)

Das Appartment ist wie beschrieben. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Kasten (mit Safe) und Balkon (möbliert) 1 Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Ausziehcouch, Esstisch, einfaches Regal, Küchenzeile. Die Küche ist praktisch hinter Schranktüren versteckt. Geschirr und Besteck ist für 4 Personen vorhanden, Weingläser, Töpfe, Pfannen, große Messer, Espressokocher, 2 Geschirrtücher + Müllsäcke. Der Wohn/Essraum hat einen möblierten Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand. Die Betten sind nicht die neuesten, doch für unser Empfinden sehr bequem. Obwohl das Appartment direkt über der Rezeption und Einfahrt liegt, gab es keine Lärmbelästigung. Bettwäsche war im Preis inkludiert. Das Badezimmer hat Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Bidet. Ein Haarföhn ist vorhanden. Handtücher, Duschtücher und Duschvorleger inbegriffen. Einziges Manko: Nur eine einzige Steckdose für Rundstecker. Sonst nur für Flachstecker. WLAN vorhanden. Zum Appartment gehört eine Garage, in der es auch 3 Fahrräder gibt. 👍 Der Pool am Hafen war Ende Mai noch nicht gefüllt (was aufgrunde der sehr wechselhaften Witterung zu Saisonbeginn zu erwarten war). Die Pools im Garten werden gerade (Ende Mai) umgebaut/saniert. Der Garten war daher nicht benutzbar. Dafür kann aber natürlich die Vermieterin nichts. Ich war mit meinen beiden Kindern für 3 Nächte dort. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Strand direkt daneben. Über die Strandpromenade erreicht man in 10 min Supermarkt und Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es gibt noch viel zu entdecken 😀

Toller Urlaub in TOP Lage

Grado ist einer der schönsten Orte in Italien. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Die Anlage in Top Lage, direkt neben dem Strand. Besser gehts nicht. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub mit unglaublichen Erlebnissen.

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung in Grado. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist etwas klein und unpraktisch für eine Familie (wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten, wenig Geschirr, etc.), aber wir haben uns ganz gut arrangiert. Die Lage ist ein Traum - auch für die Kinder, da direkt am Strand und Zugang zu zwei Pools in einem schönen gepflegten Garten. Nur die Klimaanlage könnte besser sein.

Tolle Aussicht

Das Appartement ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Häufige Handtuchwechsel. Besonders angenehm hervorzuheben ist der Pool. Wunderschön mit Blick auf den Yachthafen und das Meer. Lage der Anlage wirklich toll, absolut empfehlenswert.

Vacanza ad agosto 3 settimane 4 persone

Piccolo appartamento in un résidence con piscina a qualche metro dal mare dotato di posto auto. Il punto forte è la posizione e la piscina ma per lunghi soggiorni sconsiglio l'appartemento. Non c'è la lavatrice, l'angolo cottura è piccolissimo e il frigo non ha lo scomparto per i surgelati, inoltre sul piano cottura non è possibile mettere due pentole grandi contemporaneamente. Il bagno puzza e l'impianto di areazione non funziona bene. Infine il wifi non funziona nell'appartamento ma solo nelle aree comuni e non ci sono zanzariere alle funeste, dunque la sera bisogna stare chiusi dentro o si sarà invasi dalle zanzare.

Surprisingly beautiful place

Pros: apartment was clean and tidy, own large garage, 2 free bikes, 2 large covered balconies, enough (sleeping) space for 4 people, right on the beach, private pools, beautiful location, rental price, flexibility with regard to rental period, nice contact with the owner via email and telephone, questions are answered quickly, bed linen and towels included in the price. Negatives: the bathroom needs a makeover, especially the shower, the showerhead spray all sides and the shower curtain has been repaired too many times. Hot water is limited, for four people showering it is too little. The pools are somewhat outdated, some of the sunbeds and chairs were broken and are not removed. The other sunbeds and chairs are too few and have to be cleaned. The floor around the pool can also be cleaner. Conclussion: It was a great holiday for us, in a beautiful apartment, the beach and swimming pool in front of the door, Grado is a beautiful place where there is a lot to experience. We will definitely come back again!

Soluzione perfetta... due bei terrazzi spaziosi di cui uno sulla spiaggia costaazzurra, una bella camera con aria condizionata un zona soggiorno con divano letto aria condizionata e angolo cottura, e il bagno abbastanza grande. Garage enorme a disposizione in un residence con all interno bar e ristoranti. Pulizia perfetta e doppio cambio asciugamani settimanale. I propietari cortesi e puntuali.

Comfortable apartment for two

Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. There was a spacy garage for our car. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description. Beds were comfortable, the powerful air conditioning was working. The location is convenient, only five minutes from the beach and a nice 15 minutes walk along the seaside to the centre of Grado. The only criticism does not relate to the hotel or the apartment, but to the enormous noise coming from a pop concert stage at the beach until late at night for 3 nights.Then the nightmare was over and we slept in peace and silence.

il soggiorno è stato piacevole e il posto davvero incantevole. L'appartamento era conforme alle descrizioni su Homelidays. Alla reception dell'hotel abbiamo segnalato che la maniglia interna della porta di ingresso si staccava e ci avevano assicurato che qualcuno sarebbe venuto a controllare ma per tutta la durata del soggiorno la maniglia è rimasta rotta e la cabina della doccia non si chiudeva con conseguente fuoriuscita di acqua in tutto il bagno. Ma tutto sommato ribadisco che la nostra permanenza è stata piacevole e sicuramente vorremmo ritornare. Grazie e a presto Graziella Catania

"Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Größe und Ausstattung sind gerade richtig. Im Unterschied zu anderen homelidays-Unterkünften fehlt allerdings die persönliche Note. Bislang wurden wir immer von den Vermietern am Bahnhof abholt und persönlich betreut, auch mit Hinweisen und Tipps versorgt. In diesem Fall haben wir die Vermieterin gar nicht zu Gesicht bekommen, da alles über die Hotel-Rezeption abgewickelt wird. Professionell, aber kühl. Wer auf derlei persönliche Begegnungen keinen Wert legt, wird sich aber rundum wohl fühlen."

"Forse è eccessivo da parte mia mia questa precisazione, ma al solo scopo di amichevole collaborazione, voglio segnalare, che in cucina mia moglie che è una cuoca, ha giudicato insufficiente il pentolame, cosa che per lei (anche in vacanza)è irrinunciabile, anche alla luce dell''ottimo pesce fresco che si trova al mattino nei diversi punti vendita presso la darsena. Comunque nel complesso più che ottimo il giudizio."
