About this property

Spacious and bright, this 1 bedroom, 75m² , 3rd floor apartment is ideally situated for those attending meetings at Palais des Festivals. The Palais is situated at 6 minutes walk. Marché Forville and shops just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The sandy beach is only 2 minutes away. A wide choice of restaurants close at hand for all budgets.
Plenty of room to accomodate 4 guests. The bedroom has 2 singles which can be joined to make a double. The living room is equipped with an excellent 160cm wide sofa bed. Bathroom with modern walk in shower. Kitchen fully equipped.
Parking available at Lauboeuf or Forville car parks. Possible to book a weekly ticket in advance for around 75 euros per week.
Please note that linen is not included but can be provided with prior arrangement at a cost of 20 euros per person.
Local stay tax of 0.75 euros per adult per night.

Great Location!

Great Location when attending the Film Festival. Excellent communication with Sally the host. Good bed. Fully equipped and is much larger than the picture suggests. Walls could use a good scrub or a coat of paint. I had a great stay and would recommend.
