The house is very comfortable as it has all the comforts, and a few steps from the beautiful park of Torre Guaceto, where you can make sightseeing trips with bikes inside the same park, with the possibility of moving with a small train and bus possibility of large land for parking, ideal for spending their summer holidays, away from the sea about 300 meters and from Torre Guaceto about 1 km.
