Washer and dryer on site. No carpet. Enough parking for several vehicles and a couple boats. Water and hose conveniently located for cleaning your boat or beach equipment. Although this property does not include a pool the Orange Beach Recreational Facility offers a junior olympic sized pool with a diving board, and a children’s pool that includes water activities for a fee of only $10 per person per day that includes use of a well equipped workout room; and, access to structured exercise classes for an additional fee. The unit is very well insulated. Weather is beautiful year round. Orange Beach is a relatively undiscovered island paradise. Check-in 4 p.m. ; Check-out 12 Noon - but is negotiable based on bookings.
