It`s by the sea, in the heart of the Città Bella on the Ionian coast, the holiday home is ideal for a vacation within walking distance from the amenities, in one of the most loved tourist destinations in Salento. The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building with elevator, it has large and bright rooms and it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The holiday home, equipped with air conditioning, is on the second floor and it has a balcony with two equipped areas ideal during dinner, with a beautiful view on the sea. The apartment conissts of a living room with view on the sea, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (master bedroom and a four-bed room with 2 single beds and bunk beds) and two bathrooms with shower.

It`s close to the amenities of the town but still allows the guests to enjoy a breathtaking view on the sea from the island Sant`Andrea to the beaches of Lido San Giovanni and Baia Verde, with their spectacular sunsets.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 20 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
