There are plenty of restaurants within Almancil as well as the popular supermarket Apolonia. All the best golf courses the Algarve has to offer are a short drive away. The villa is built over two levels. There is a large open plan living room with two seating areas, fireplace and cable TV. This leads to the dining area that seats 8. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven and fridge/freezer. 


Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a single bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has a single bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom four has a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom five has a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom.


Outside the large private pool is surrounded by pool terraces with 10 sun loungers. The pool area has beautiful views over the Algarve. There are many dining sets around the villa to enjoy alfresco dining including a set under a covered terrace with barbeque.
