This lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Glendale AZ vacation home with play pool perfect location for your Arizona Vacation. Enjoy a short walk to Starbucks or Denny's in the morning. Avoid the long traffic lines ---Walk to Camelback Ranch Spring Training -Sox and Dodgers Spring Training. Spread out and get an entire home for less than the local hotel pricing.

A quick UBER ride - Minutes to Cardinals, Concerts, Top Golf, Westgate Center Restaurants, Bars, AMC Movies, Dave and Busters (games), splash pads, and Tanger Outlets (75 stores) Shopping, Fiesta Bowl and Desert Diamond Casino. 12 minutes to ISM (Nascar). Several Golf Corses within 6 miles away. 18 minutes to MLB and NBA.

Our Valley of the Sun has approximately 16 baseball teams that start their Spring Training in mid-February through March.Spring Baseball is great fun for everyone.

Many things to do with in 35min. drive.
Scottsdale (Phoenix Open) , The White Tank Mountain or Estrella Mountain Regional Parks for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Wildlife World Zoo and Aquarium, Sahuaro Ranch Park Historic AreaXeriscape and EthnoBotanical Gardens, Arrowhead Towne Center--150+ stores and restaurants, City of Glendale (Antiquing) Many of events in Old Town.

Master Suite has King Memory Foam Bed and 43 " Smart TV, walk in closet for storage. 2nd Bedroom has full size bed walk in closet 32" cable TV 3rd bedroom has Queen Memory Foam with 40" Smart TV and closet. 4th bedroom has Day bed with pull out trundle (2 XL twin beds) and closet. Sleep 8 comfortably.

Dining seats 6 at kitchen table 2 at bar. Black granite counters, Stainless Steel Appliances and neutral tile through out home. No carpet helps for those who have allergies. Living room features 60" HD Smart TV (lots of APS) Netflix set up, DVD player Foozball Table and board games for your entertainment.

This 4 bedroom Glendale AZ Vacation Rental is located in cud-du-sac with park for kids down the walking path. Back yard has Built in propane BBQ, Covered Patio and Play Pool. 2 car garage for parking.

Security System. Please let me know before you arrive if there is anything you need while you are here and I will try to accommodate you. Owner is licensed RE agent in AZ.

I purchased the home because I wanted to be close to the action. I enjoy sports. It's great to be close to events (concerts) when they are in town. I also love having many dining and shopping choices.

What makes this property unique

A swimming pool was also on my must have list. Col-du-sac with park to walk my dogs were definitely other reasons I chose this home.
