Beautiful waterfront property ground floor apartment 90m2 with two bedrooms ( each bedroom has a queen size bed & a double bed) Bathroom + additional toilet, Large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dinning area for 6 people & lounge area.Large balcony overlooking the sea which is only meters away from the sea From the balcony you have stairs leading into the garden where there is a grill area, with a croatian stone Komin (fire grill)which has natural shade from the vine leaves,from the garden you step on to the beach infront where you can spend your day relaxing ,swimming or you can use our kajaks. and explore the coastline. In the apartment the bedrooms & the living area are airconditioned, you have wifi, tv/sat, and secured garage parking for one car, if you have a boat we have a bouy in the sea right infront of the apartment that you can use

Super fresh apartment right on the water and the friendliest and most helpful host.

It's is really a spacious apartment, open, fresch and linnen and towels are provided for. Do you want a calm vacation, this is it. The downside is that do you enjoy and value good food then you can't eat in the village, you need to go in to Zadar. The landlord is very helpful with serving you good transportation option and maps. If I go there again I would at least rent me a scooter to get around easier. We stayed at the topfloor and I would say that is the best when it comes to view and hanging outdoors. There is a lot of stairs, so if that is a problem chose the bottom one.

Special Vacation To Be Remembered

Thank you for a wonderful family vacation. This is a wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. The children, ages from 11-18, loved the fact that they could step out of the door and jump into the sea. And the view is incredible. Loved the sailboats. This apartment is so close to Zadar, Nin, and we even drove south to Trogir. So many wonderful perks to include the laid back atmosphere and the friendly people. The owners are incredible. Restaurants are close by, the local villiage is charming and the sunset is something that has to be experienced. This is a trip that will never be forgotten...so many wonderful memories. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to spend qaulity time with the family while also experiencing the rich history of Croatia. A car makes it very easy but you could stay at the apartment every day and be completely at peace. The apartment and area are very clean and well maintained. Thank you again for this wonderful family vacation.

Das Apartment ist eines der schönsten in denen wir je untergebracht waren!! Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer das nur ein paar Meter (ca. 5-8 m mit eigenen Zugang) entfernt ist! In den Ort geht man ca. 10-15 Minuten! Für Bootbesitzer gibt es Bojen zum anlegen!!! Einen Dank an unsere Vermieter die uns das Gefühl gegeben haben WILLKOMMEN zu sein!

Lovely Vacation for 3+1 (our dog Tilly)

This apartment and location could not have been better! We were literally 3m from the water and a short walk from the town center of Bibinje. It is a very cute 2 bedroom and is very clean and new. The owners are very nice and make you feel very welcome. It is well worth the money. We will be back again next year.

my property is amazing the area is quiet & relaxing but not to far away from all ameneties, & having the sea literally on your door step is rare as many seaside properties have a road between them & the sea
