Welcome to Quality Hill Resort Villas! Nestled amidst the tall pines in the White Mountains of Northern Arizona is the resort community of Pinetop-Lakeside, the perfect vacation getaway for year-round enjoyment and relaxation.

This Villa features a Master suite upstairs with a King bed, luxury bedding, large flat-screen TV, fireplace, and en suite bathroom. The second suite downstairs offers two twin sized beds, large flat-screen TV, with a large guest bathroom across the hall. The couch in the living room can be folded out into a bed for additional guests (up to 6 total).

The living area on the ground floor is accented by a dramatic vaulted ceiling with vertical panoramic windows. Quality furnishings include sofa, reclining chairs, coffee table/end tables, and entertainment stand with a large flat-screen TV. The wood-burning fireplace adds the final touch to the cozy atmosphere.

Our kitchens are fully equipped with all major, full sized appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Plenty of counter space allows for plenty of room to cook or entertain. Complete dining sets (plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, and coffee mugs) are available for guests use. Kitchens are also stocked with coffee makers, cookware, cooking and serving dishes and utensils, and uniquely decorated adjoining dining rooms.

A private attached garage with entrance into the Villa is yours to keep your vehicle and other belongings safe from the elements all year long. Extra wood for the fireplace is available for purchase in the garage, eliminating the need for shopping around town. A separate front entrance to the villa offers choices when leaving or entering your villa. Out back, you have access to a private patio furnished with a table and chairs, and is equipped with a propane grill/BBQ for those warmer summer nights under the stars.

Anytime of the year, there are sports and recreation for tennis, horseback riding, hiking, skiing, and fishing. If some peace and quiet is more your style, there is an indefinable something, a certain magic, about the White Mountains that inspires complete rest. Maybe it's the crisp cool climate and warm sun; or the beautiful colored meadows; or maybe it's the placid mountain lakes. Then again, maybe it's the combination of all of these things! No wonder Pinetop-Lakeside is considered the perfect location for a getaway.
