Villa Meltem - 4 bedrooms all en suite, with 2 kitchens - upstairs & downstairs
Villa Meltem is a new build with contemporary design.
Layout of the villa is :-
Downstairs - 1 x dbl bedroom and 1 x twin single bedroom both with en suites (showers).
In between the bedrooms you have an open plan kitchen and lounge TV area with double doors opening on to the veranda. Which extends to the private pool and gardens with stone BBQ/wash basin facilities and outdoor shower.
Upstairs - same layout with open plan kitchen/ lounge TV area extending on to a large balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
Downstairs lobby has a auto washing machine.
Both kitchens are fully equipped inc dishwashers.
This is the perfect villa for couples with children who want to stay in the same villa yet still have the privacy of their own kitchens and bathrooms.
